We reserve the right to change these terms of use from time to time by posting the new version on the website. It is your responsibility to check regularly this page for the latest terms and conditions.

Permitted Use.

The service provided by MySeat.Lk is for personal & non-commercial use.

You hereby agree that you will not duplicate, download, publish, modify, distribute and/or use any material included in MySeat.Lk for any purpose, unless and otherwise you have obtained prior written permission from MySeat.Lk.

You also agree that you will not use the services provided by MySeat.Lk for any purpose other than to subscribe and review the information in MySeat.Lk and purchase movie or event tickets for your personal use.

Use of the material and / or content contained in MySeat.Lk for any purpose not set forth in these Terms of Use is strictly prohibited.

Suppliers Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Items.

Terms and conditions will apply to individual items or groups of items in your transaction based upon who is supplying those items. The supplier of each item or group of items will be clearly displayed at time of booking and on your confirmation of purchase documents. Please make sure to read and understand the individual supplier’s terms and conditions in addition to these general conditions.

Online Payments.

All payments are subject to the terms and conditions of each bank and we have no authority over any payments made through the bank payment gateway. We do not retain your payment details or any other significant information such as your credit card number, passwords, pin number etc.

Details of your credit / debit card may be securely held by the bank which processes your transaction. All prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) and Nation Building Tax as applicable.

Mobile cash payments.

• Mobile cash payments are available on leading mobile networks.
• 5% Extra charge will add to total ticket sale order from mobile cash payment.
• Administrative charge will be added for each transaction as follows.


• Rs. 200 and below 10
• Above Rs. 200 - upto Rs. 500 15
• Above RS. 500 - upto Rs. 1,000 25
• Above Rs. 1,000 - up to Rs. 3,000 70
• Above Rs. 3,000 - up to Rs. 5,000 110
• Order will confirm after the confirmation of money transfer.
• No cancelation after the confirmation of payment.
• Payment should be made within 2 working days after verbal confirmation. After 2 days, system will automatically cancel the order.

Cash on Delivery.

• Cash on delivery facility will be available island wide.
• 5% Extra charge will add to total ticket sale for C.O.D. facility
• Delivery charges will be added according to delivery destination.


• Colombo 1 – 15 : Rs. 125
• Outside Colombo : Rs Colombo – Negambo , Colombo – Kadawatha, Colombo – Kaduwela, Colombo – Kottawa, Colombo – Piliyandala, Colombo – Panadura. : Rs. 150.
• Outstation: Rs 200 (Flat rate).
• Once you order confirm through our hot line, cannot modify or cancel.
• Advance payment should be made (50%) before to confirm the order. (Depend on Total ticket sale/Event).
• MySeat.Lk will deliver your order within 5working days.


• *All Charges can be change without prior notice.

All Sales are Final.

MySeat.Lk is state of the art ticket selling platform. MySeat.Lk will not responsible for any event cancelations or exchanges (date or time changes, partial performances, or lost tickets etc.) by event organizers.

Refund Policy.

MySeat.Lk will not refunds, cancellations or exchanges will be entertained for any reason (date or time changes, partial performances, or lost tickets etc.) therefore make sure to check your payment details before you make your payments.
